Trikonasana(The Triangle Pose) One of the important and famous standing postures the Trikonasana or the triangle pose is seemingly simple but challenges the practitioner as it demands proper alignment and variation. Visualizing a triangle in look it starts from standing position but involves stretching and relaxing the muscles of the arms and legs either way. NAUKASANA (boat posture)  Naukasana or boat posture is one of the seated or even starts from the relaxed supine posture. Just like a boat floating in water the body is also visualised floating or balancing itself on the basis of the hip muscles. A very important core fitness posture it can be practised easily and hence also comes under one of the medium level postures. Let’s see the steps of practising the boat posture 1. lie down in supine posture with your hands and legs together while breathing effortlessly. You can also begin from simple seated posture. 2. now sit up and start moving your torso while your feet relax on the ground 3. once you have sat up comfortably stretch out your hands straight reaching for both your legs.
